How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to track your order.
How long are your processing times?
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Duty, Fees and Taxes
If you are an international customer, please note that your order may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by the customs office of your country and are beyond our control. The duties and taxes are typically calculated as a percentage of the total value of your order.
Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We are unable to reimburse any customs fees or taxes. If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any customs fees, taxes, and/or duties incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Returns
FAQ
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@petletica.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label to print and attach to your package. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
